AUTHOR’S NOTES
I worked on this project in early 2019 as a scriptwriter. Phantom: Covert Ops kicks off in 1991; in the wake of the Cold War, intelligence indicates a significant force consolidating at an inaccessible former Soviet naval facility off the coast of the Black Sea.
As an elite Phantom operative, you have been tasked with infiltrating the facility and eliminating the threat if deemed necessary. As the threat emerges from the shadows, you have a single night to prevent an attack that will create global repercussions…
