Trip quickly realizes that Monkey is her ticket to freedom and is her only hope to survive her perilous journey back home. She hacks a slave headband and fits it on Monkey, linking them together. If she dies, he dies and her journey has now become his.
The Premium Edition includes the original critically-acclaimed game, and additional DLC content Pigsy’s Perfect 10 as well as character enhancement skins.
Pigsy’s Perfect 10
Pigsy, the comical porcine character known for his one-line zingers and questionable hygiene, finally gets his time in the spotlight. The Titan Graveyard is a lonely place and Pigsy really needs some companionship. He dreams of the perfect woman and embarks on a mission to build one from scratch using scrap parts he finds around the junkyard.
In addition to a new playable storyline, the DLC offers various modes of 3D which enhance the game’s eye-popping visuals even further. Players can experience both the full main game as well as the new Pigsy story in 3D.
AUTHOR’S NOTES
I was hired on by the production team at Ninja Theory to work on the scripts for Pigsy’s Perfect 10, helping to develop and give character to the narrative and dialogue for this DLC pack. This storyline builds on the main plot from Enslaved – which itself if a science-fiction take on the classic Chinese story Journey to the West written by Wu Cheng’en in the Ming Dynasty era.
One of the highlights of working on this project was writing dialogue for actor Richard Ridings, whom parents might know as the voice of another famous porcine personality – Daddy Pig of the Peppa Pig cartoon show!
